ryan white essex and ryan white passaic programs: the ryan white program provides hiv-related services. The program is available to individuals who do not have the health coverage or the financial resources for coping with the hiv disease. Serving 240 clients (175 in essex county and 65 in passaic county)

Traditional program for incarcerated women, temporary housing, prison reentry program placement and career developement programs.
