Having worked in rescue for over 20 years now I have worked with many different rescues across many states. I can honestly say that the mission of Tazewell ARC is the closest to our own mission here at our rescue. Their quarantine procedures...their adoption mission...their transfer to other larger no kill rescues...are second to none. They have brought to light several issues within their own community to try to make changes even though it was at a great cost to themselves and they strive every day to give a voice to the animals that have none of their own. We appreciate their never ending work to end the suffering of the animals in SW Virginia.
