Programs: The foundation's principal activity is to provide financial support to the operations of the supported organization, tarc, inc, and to assist tarc, inc with fundraising activities. The foundation does this by helping to plan, participate, and solicit support for tarc, inc's fundraising activities, cultivating donor development and managing the foundation's investments.
