Programs: Tapp house/tc provides transitional housing to women who are leaving the penal system. Goals of the program are to successfully reintegrate women back into the community by assisting them with the proper training to overcome negative stereotypes and to provide program activities that will empower them to become responsible, functional, productive, caring individuals, thus increasing their quality of life and having a positive impact on the community as a whole.
