Mission: The Swell Collective serves change-agents by promoting positive-sum approaches to work and life, the idea that when all folks are included, the solutions we devise are greater than the sum of their parts. The age-old idea of me vs. you? A myth worth busting! We believe that when all people are represented, the best and most long-lasting change comes about. It’s about uplifting everyone’s talents; everyone’s voices; and making intentional room for those who have been forcibly excluded and yielding to their strengths. This approach places historically disenfranchised groups and their wisdom at the forefront of change theory.
