Programs: Oakland grown card. A marketing and technology program to direct money to small business in oakland from large corporations.
balle conference. Hosted a national conference on building strong and equitable economies toward prosperity. Event brought approximately 500 people into oakland supporting local independent businesses and artists with an estimated direct local economic impact of $ 694,502 and total impact of $1,179,653.
marketing/community engagement. The marketing efforts focus, informing, and engaging the community in conversations and actions about the impact of their spending decisions in the community. Media includes billboards, bus shelter posters, window posters, newspaper , and internet channels that have a combined reach of over 100,000 people in the local community.
