The Sun Foundation is a unique non-profit group as their goal is to promote awareness, especially in children, in the Arts, sciences, and environment, and how these relate to each other and to us as individuals. There are 3 main children's programs: Art & Science in the Woods summer camp (ASIW), where ~450 kids take a veriety of classes OUTDOORS for 1 week with PROFESSIONAL artists, scientists, musicians, a geologist, an archaeologist, and more (~1/3 of these students come to this program on full-scholarship); a Clean Water Celebration, where ~3000 kids come for a 2-day informational, hands-on look at where our water comes from, where it goes, and how dependant everyone & everything is on it; and a Suzuki Scool of Music for Violin & Viola. Please read more about these & other programs on their main website. THANK YOU!
