Mission: To provide housing and employment opportunities to persons with serious and persistent mental illnesses.
Programs: Supported housing program: provides assistance in finding housing for mentally disabled and low income persons. Approximately 395 clients were served.
semi-independent living program: provides semi-independent group living and support services for consumers who required minimal supervision on day to day basis. Approximately 245 clients were served.
24 hour group home service program: provides housing, daily living training and support for mentally disabled and low income persons. Approximately 47 clients were served.
