Causes: Children & Youth, Youth Development Programs
Mission: StartUpRoots empowers students to develop their potential and challenges them to build a more equitable and sustainable future by providing a platform for growing food, ideas, and responsibility for the earth’s limited resources.
Results: For 7 years we have been empowering students to learn about health, sustainability, entrepreneurship, photojournalism and Jewish values by engaging them to grow their own food.
