STAR Eco Station in Rocklin is AH-MAZING! The exotic animals they rescue are so cool and get great care and attention. As a volunteer I love helping because when guests come in they are so blown away at what a wonderful place it is. Kids and families get to get up close to over 100 exotic animals from all around the world, learn about environmental sciences and what they can do to help save and protect our planet. Their events are also really fun and my son's birthday party was out of this world fun. Thank you Eco Station. You've made a wonderful difference in our lives.

I can't tell you how fun it was to have my son's birthday party at the ECO Station. We had a big group of people ranging in age from 4 years to 70. Everyone loved it. The staff was excellent and anticipated our needs, they had a great sense of humor and seem to really enjoy working with the public and caring for all of the animals. All of the animals are really well taken care of and the facility is nice and clean. I really appreciated the way the staff really made everyone feel comfortable...even around giant snakes and tarantulas! I plan on having MY next landmark birthday party there...its not just a place for kids...but the whole family. I enjoy spending my free time in the ECO Station and learning about all of the beautiful exotic animals.

My daughter has been attending Summer Camps at the STAR ECO Station for three years and eagerly awaits each new year to come! The staff is AMAZING, the material fresh, the experience educational and entertaining. My daughter has learned not only about the rescue animals on site, but also about the environment and her place within the world. The ECO Station has inspired her to become active in her community as well as on a global scale and she literally is counting down the months until she can be a junior staff member (volunteer) to assist with daily operations in the care taking of the animals. STAR ECO Station's birds, reptiles, terrapins, and fish have truly inspired my child to want to learn more and make a difference in her future. We also attend every special event the ECO Station holds every month or so throughout the year- Dino Days, World Ocean Day, Kid's Earth Day, Insect Day, Bird Day, etc. Although the themes might repeat, the experience is always new! Plus, we can't support these guys enough! What an incredible organization and a magical place!

WHAT AN AMAZING EXHIBIT! Took my entire family through and they didn't want to leave. Not only did they get to see the amazing animals up close, they were able to learn about where the animals came from and how some animals really don't make very good pets. After the initial visit with the family I went to several of their weekend events. Once again it was a very enjoyable experience. I will be attending the next event for sure!

We brought a Camp here for a field trip. Kids were happy and the staff was very informative. I really liked that the Children got a chance to touch some of the animals. Staff was also pretty friendly. I'd go again.

I first came to eco station when i saw it on my school's book of volunteers. I saw eco station and thought of it as something that should be fun since ive always loved animals since i was little. The main reason why i wanted to volunteer is because i know it would look good on a college aplication for U.C. davis which is where i want to go to hopefully become a great vet. This is an Awesome place that deserves to get alot of attention and does alot of good to homeless animals. They take amazing care of them and gives them a second chance to be happy. I personaly think that eco station should get more sponsors and expand. I have had alot of good learning epiriences in eco station and i think that everyone should give it a try
