Mission: To protect and preserve the environment of the st. Regis lakes region in the adirondacks of new york state.
Programs: Lake steward program: srf funded this program , to protect against invasive species, educate the public, and encourage responsible use of the lakes.
dam: srf provided funds for the maintenance and repair of the dam which maintains the water level for all three lakes.
water quality: srf continued to fund a program of water quality testing for all three lakes. In 2017, we contracted for a new comprehensive study by the adirondack watershed institute.
