Mission: St. Elizabeth Seton School provides a high quality elementary education for the children of East Palo Alto and the adjoining communities. Children from kindergarten through 8th grade gain a solid foundation in language arts, math, and science. A strong religious education accompanies their academic work. Their full education includes music, art, and sports.
Programs: Our basic program is a strong elementary education carried out from kindergarten through 8th grade for about 270 boys and girls. Great stress is put on language skills, since so many of our students come from families where English is not spoken at home. Seton tries to give a rich educational experience including Math, Science, History, Literature, Music, and Art. Field trips broaden the children's experiences and vocabulary. After school activities include homework clubs, arts and crafts, folkdancing, and organized sports.
