Mission: Support To Employment Project, Inc.(STEP) was founded in 1983 in partnership with St. Annes Episcopal Church and the Perry Homes public housing community. STEP provides one-to-one counseling, job readiness training workshops and advocates with a pool of employers in assisting in employment placement. STEP is unique in that it that it provides follow-support to both employee and employer for a period of at least one year.
