Mission: The srrttf administrative and contracting entity (srrttf-ace) manages the business activities (collection of funds and hiring of contractors) for the spokane river regional toxics task force (srrttf) which leads efforts to find and reduce toxins in the spokane river.
Programs: Utilization of a technical consultant, environmental laboratories, and a sampling company to complete the most recent annual water quality sampling of the spokane river to assess pcb contribution to the river from groundwater and other sources. The technical consultant also assisted with development and implementation of a comprehensive plan for the goal of achieving the applicable pcb water quality standard. Utilization of a professional facilitator to manage and document all meetings of the spokane river regional toxics task force (srrttf), including notices, minutes and website updates.
