Mission: The Sri Aurobindo Association originally formed in 1977, growing out of the efforts of devotees of the Integral Yoga in New York State to publish a newsletter and provide a source for books by and about Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.
Reincorporating in California in 1995 as Sri Aurobindo Association of America, we have been actively promoting communication and cooperation among devotees of Sri Aurobindo, worldwide.
Some of the vehicles used to accomplish our mission are publishing; web consulting and hosting, promoting and facilitating the annual meeting of Sri Aurobindo devotees--AUM; guest-hosting visitors and implementing speaking tours related to the yoga, channeling donations to Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry, Auroville, and various projects of the world wide community.
