Mission: The mission of the agency is to provide a licensed, credible, responsive and comprehensive, therapeutic continuum of care, focusing on the general and specific needs of the whole person, representative of a low-income or indigent chemically dependent and/or mentally ill adult population. The agency exists to recognize, serve, and respect each person who enters treatment or seeks support, as an individual worthy of helping, without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, socio-economic status, veteran status, or sexual orientation.
