Mission: To provide special needs children with an opportunity for enriched educational experiences through structured participation in all aspects of sports and athletic activities while serving as a community resource celebrating the diversity of the southwest; to create a model of athletic and team-based excellence that imparts social and leadership skills as a platform for building self-esteem, dedication and reponsibility; and to develop and implement school-based and community-based programs in at-risk and underserved areas of arizona and texas and to provide therapeutic outreach to schools, social service organizations and community agencies with primary emphasis on special needs participants.
