Radiant Hope is dedicated to making sustainable, lasting change through collaboration and empowering locals in Romania and India. It has been an honor to be a part of this organization. The vision and heart of the Founder is pure and tenacious.
Since the inception of Radiant Hope, the team has been laser focused on their desire to restore Identity to children, and specifically girls, who have been orphaned or abandoned. It has been amazing to see the countless lives changed and hope restored in he girls that the Radiant Hope team have come in contact with. In addition to the change that is being made in the lives of children, Radiant Hope is also making progress in effecting change within the local business communities which will build future opportunities for the children that they are pouring into. This will give them a way to break the cycle and find hope in a world that can often seem hopeless.
Radiant Hope focuses all their efforts and resources to help those most vunerable. The women and girls they invest their time to love in Romania have so little hope apart from what they are receiving from this organization. I have visited their work and can attest to their sincere efforts to change the course of so many girls.
There is a large need to share encouragement about identity and calling, especially with young women in unstable environments. Even when young people begin to recognize their calling, they need hope to actually adopt that into their life. That's where Radiant Hope steps into the picture. The team behind Radiant Hope presses into their personal convictions of justice and reconciliation by developing real relationships of love and compassion. I look forward to seeing continued success as children and teenagers live out their dreams as a result of their relationship with Radiant Hope!
I have been excited to see Radiant Hope grow and move forward since its inception. I fully believe in the people behind this organization and trust both their heart for the work and their commitment to organizational structure, strategy and transparency. I have watched this organization grow from just an idea into a blossoming presence and impact. I have personally visited/volunteered in Romania 2 times in 5 months, and have seen the growth and expansion of this work flourish. The heart, intentionality, and integrity that goes into every aspect of this work is impressive; whether a meeting with volunteers, an outing with the clients, or planning for future development and resourcing, everything is done with heartfelt care and respect for the people they are serving. The founders of this work are tireless in their effort to realize the best for whom they serve and work with, as well as seeing the passion of their dream realized in the hearts and lives of those they are reaching.

Radiant Hope is fulfilling a plethora of needs that would otherwise not be met by consciously choosing to have a presence in Romania. They are reaching people that would otherwise be forgotten or cast aside by society and remain unreached or stuck in their terrible situations. I'm proud to support an organization that has grown and impacted so many lives in such a relatively short period of time. I can't wait to see and hear of the glorious things God is going to do through Radiant Hope in the future.
To see the growth of Radiant Hope over the last few years is amazing! The programs and influence have multiplied. They started with one small group of girls from government orphanages and are now meeting with 30-40 on a regular basis. Between the groups, which aim to restore dignity and identity and their relationships with the local government and other NGO"s, they are creating change and most importantly, hope. The areas they work are under-resourced and the needs are great. They are able to step in and meet tangible needs and offer on going education to vulnerable teenage girls and their caregivers. As a result, they are reducing their vulnerability to human trafficking and other forms of exploitation and paving new roads of opportunity through their collaborative network.
I've had the joy of working with Radiant Hope Inc in both India and Romania. I'm blown away by the level of thoughtfulness they exhibit in order to make things as sustainable and holistic as possible . I work with nonprofits all over the world, so I consistently see the ins and outs (and the behind the scenes) of orgs. I can honestly say that the standard of excellence, as well as, the depth of love that Radiant Hope puts into their work is FAR above the "normal."
