This agency demonstrates an attitude of contempt toward the line staff and patients that generate revenue. No compensation for staff regardless of increased responsibilities. The director of outpatient services has no academic degree, neither does the human resource manager. The CEO and COO condone and perpetuate a hostile work environment replete with tactics of harassment, verbal assaults, physical battery and threats. The director of outpatient services demonstrates a disturbing propensity for physical violence, Has physically battered staff. Her behavior is condoned by the leadership. Any opposition is suppressed and terminated. The inpatient facility has operated without a physician for more than six months. Just one more instance of the lack of ethics and credibility of this leadership. The case manager freely violates patient confidentiality with no consequence. This leadership turns a blind eye to impropriety by staff against patients. Most or all patients who dare to complain are discharged from the program just like staff who challenge their tactics. Major investigation should be conducted. Seriously doubt this will occur due to their close relationships with state auditors.

The direction of the agency is extremely positive and very dedicated to staff and client success.
