Mission: This is a volunteer organization formed to operate the gift shop in a hospital. The profits from the gift shop is used (1) to buy newpapers, plants and car seats for hospital patients, and (2) to provide scholarships to local university and vo-tech students studying in medical-related fields. Over $150,000 in scholarships have been awarded by the auxiliary since it's beginning.
Programs: Newspapers, crossword puzzles, caps, boots and banners for newborns, tote bags, eyeglass holders and teddy bears for children surgical patients, distributed by the volunteers.
