Encourage and facilitate communication among community members, neighborhood associations, and public and private agencies and groups. Increase the number and diversity of people involved in neighborhood and community livability issues to ensure that neighborhood associations are reflective of the community. Foster networking and collaboration between neighborhood associations, business district associations, diversity and civic leadership participating organizations, historically under-engaged communities and other community groups.
