Mission: Our mission is to change lives by providing students with scholarships so they can pursue quality academic and vocational education. We do this through relationship building, fundraising and stewarding resources.
Programs: Student success and retentionone of the top priorities for south seattle college foundation is to provide support for the college to encourage student success, retention, completion and academic transfer. During 2014, the foundation provided support of scholarships and internships to more than 300 students. The foundation also provided faculty development grants in support of projects intended to increase faculty capacity in the realm of student success and retention. The 13th year promise scholarship program had over 100 participating high school graduates in 2014. The program provides graduating seniors from cleveland high school, chief sealth international high school, and rainier beach high school with scholarships for their first year at south seattle college.

In 2014, the foundation provided support for various programs including the culinary, wine studies, hospitality program and the automotive program.
outreach and community relationssouth seattle college foundation assists the college with building community relationships and awareness. In 2014 the foundation provided funding for the college's president's day event, which welcomed students and the community to the college. The foundation also provided funding for the college's senior staff to attend and/or host community functions to promote outreach and community relations.
