in response to irs audit determination of the audited tax year ending june 30, 2015 and june 30, 2016, the organization has reclassified the rental activity originally reported on form 990-t as unrelated business income. All associated nol carryovers have been adjusted to zero. This activity is precluded from ubti due to the fact that rental income is sourced from other organizations exempt from taxation under irc 501(c)3. Should there be any rental income from sources that are not exempt, those will be reportable and taxable on form 990-t as unrelated business income. The organization has reported these on its audited financial statements as auxiliary enterprises.
