Mission: Scholarships to women and girls every year to further their education. Support homeless shelters, womens and childrens crisis center, foley house a home for women with drug and alcohol problems and the salvation army transition home for women. Take children back to school shopping and a spring shopping spree. Take books to children at lacada, support the local food bank.
Programs: Soroptimist's mission is to improve the lives of women and girls, in local communities. In order to accomplish this goal, the organization administers several local programs. The organization's major project is the soroptimist women's opportunity awards, which assists women by giving them the resources they need to improve their education, skills and job prospects
