Always helpful and kind. They make the animals the number one priority and do so much with so little. They are a godsend for our community.

The people who operate the SPCA of POLK COUNTY in Livingston, TX are some of the hardest working, most dedicated people my wife & I have ever met. They are ALL volunteers who give freely of their time ... and sometimes their own money to make sure that the animals who are brought to them are well-cared for are placed with loving families.
