Review for Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals Of Polk Co Tx, Livingston, TX, USA
The spay and neuter program is such an affordable price. I have all my animals fixed because of the low cost. The clinic on Saturdays is a great price and I can afford the meds at this lower price.
