Mission: The el paso southwest chapter of the society of industrial and office realtors (the organization) is organized to provide educational and networking opportunities for its members or for the commercial real estate community it serves. The organization intends to provide a steady stream of printed and electronic information. In addition, the members will also have access to conferences, seminars and other educational opportunities that are sanctioned by the local chapter or the national association.
Programs: The organization intends to initiate its educational opportunities by providing monthly meetings with educational information through printed material and speakers. Also to provide periodic fund raising events to further the exempt purpose of the chapter by providing funds that enable the organization to provide speakers, printed materials and networking events.
