Causes: Job Training, Vocational Counseling
Mission: Based on research conducted in 2007 to determine the best interventions to assist single moms; SMF started a bold new education initiative and launched an innovative website focused on helping single moms successfully plan for their education and future. SMF spent the past year developing this new education website. In the process we have gathered the information and resources, partnered with local schools and built a comprehensive online guide designed to assist single moms interested in earning a degree or obtaining training.
