Causes: Arts & Culture, Opera
Mission: To celebrate choral arts through performance, using the power of "many voices" as a catalyst within the community to educate, inspire and unite.
Programs: The productions put on by voices of canton, inc. This fiscal year included: the bartered bride the sounds of "silents" voci celebrates gospel in addition, there were three concerts during the holiday season, several special engagement performances for small audiences throughout the year and the introduction of singstark (a no-commitment, no-audition chorus) that met monthly throughout the year.
the organization also holds a scholarship luncheon where several scholarships are awarded to students who audition. The scholarships were used for private music lessons or tuition at the recipient's college or university.
