Mission: Assist distressed wildlife and provide suitable rehabilitation program to enable release into the wild. Educate the public of the necessity of preserving local wildlife Assist DCNR to identify and contain possible diseases and remove potentially infected animals from public hands.
Results: We rescue between 80 and 100 animals a year. From rabbits, groundhogs, squirrels, opossums, deer and most of all raccoons, bobcats and foxes. 60% of those animals get to be released healthy and able to survive without the need for human interaction.
