Mission: Seventh Generation Media worked for over seven years to bring the first electronic medium to this area, which specifically serves the information, entertainment and education needs of the tribal people of Standing Rock and Cheyenne River. In its short time on air, KLND has become a valued public institution for the preservation of language, protection of free speech, dissemination of daily news and weather, the sharing of culture through music and talk, and many other services. This media organization seeks to strengthen its ability to serve by gathering support for personnel, equipment, programs and capital projects.
