Causes: Education, Educational Services
Mission: The corporation is organized and shall be operated for educational and charitable purposes including, for such purposes, as the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations udner section 501c(3) of the internal reveue code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
Programs: Our program reaches out to our neighborhoods to assist our community to develop their academic and social skills. By expanding our communities opportunities, everyone can take on a leadership role in enhancing their quality of life and become involved in other civic activities in the community promoting successful and sustainable community development. Our program provides our community an after school, summer and tutoring program, where all families can participate and explore new interests and skills, those families that are low-income receive financial assistance either through a voucher subsidy or by applying for direct financial aid to participate in the program. Our senior assistance program provides a social environment where they can sustain mental and physical health education. Our parent's involvement program provides financial literacy education and it is planned to develop a micro loan program to help parent's that are looking to supplement their income. The program is inclusive of all residents of our community with no regard to learning capabilities or financial status. Inkind services and facilities were received for this program service in the amount of $91,600. 00.
