Mission: To sponsor, facilitate, organize, and promote the study of issues relating to health, safety, and well being of the region, and to sponsor and promote solutions to problems affecting the sustainability of south east madera county
Programs: 2014 madera county soccer fest event - free soccer clinics for all youth of madera county. Over 650 kids aged 6-19 participated in this free event geared toward youth development and well being.

consulting fees paid to ca consulting llc in 2014; ca consulting hired as a private grant writing entity to assist semcu foundation apply for various grants to improve various aspects of the community, including feasibility studies, and program administration costs. Any grant awards received with their guidance will be spent on projects to improve the community consisting of over 4,200 residences
