Causes: Arts & Culture, Single Organization Support
Mission: Seattle girls choir provides a robust education in the choral arts and a variety of performance opportunities, helping girls build skills to succeed in life, and enriching the cultural landscape of the pacific northwest.
Programs: Music education: core program service is music and choral education for over 180 choristers ages 6-18. Girls come from over 85 different schools in the greater seattle area showing broad interest in the program.
camps, retreats, festival and touring: managed two one-week sessions of unauditioned music day camp for girls 6-10 years old. Managed a week long resident choir camp for 75 girls 10-18 years old. Facilitated one choir to attend festival at pacific lutheran university.
all others: uniform purchase/maintenance and graduation brunch.
