Mission: The pediatric brain tumor research guild was founded in 2005 to raise funds for research in the area of pediatric brain tumors and support seattle children's hospital (a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt hospital).
Programs: The pediatric brain tumor research guild is a member of the seattle children's hospital guild association, a tax-exempt fundraising entity of seattle children's hospital. The hospital provides pediatric patient care, medical research, teaching of pediatric residents and other healthcare providers, as well as advocacy for children in the pacific northwest. In 2017, the pediatric brain tumor research guild held its annual "run of hope" event, raising funds to fulfil the guild's mission of supporting brain tumor research.
