Mission:
Seal of Valor strives to transform lives and educate the community through technical training programs, science and technology research and development, and green environmentally friendly products and practices.
Programs: The founder of Seal of Valor saw a growing need to bring opportunities to disadvantaged, but mechanically gifted young adults who are serious about wanting change in their lives. There are many who are on the right path, completing a rehab program, receiving a spiritual foundation through a church, receiving counseling, and working or actively seeking employment. However, because of their background and lack of skills or education the pay is little and their options are limited. They can become tempted by the money that can be made on the streets and may very well return to the bondage they once left or face a life of debt and poverty. Seal of Valor provides that next step to freedom. We offer training towards certification as a machinist while being actively employed in a company whose foundation and values are Christian, Biblically based to promote an atmosphere that cultivates spiritual and intellectual growth. Students will train in a fifteen month program to become Certified Machinist Level I and some have the opportunity to go further and train nine more months to become Certified Machinist Level II. Students have the opportunity to fabricate new technology products developed by Seal of Valor's research team as part of their training exercises to gain manufacturing and fabrication experience. The lack of certified machinists in the manufacturing industry will make them very desirable for employment upon completion of the program. Seal of Valor is establishing affiliations with several rehabilitation and social intervention programs to acquire students. Upon completion of this program, students will be well prepared and highly skilled to attain post-graduate employment.
