I learned of Sea of Solidarity (SoS) in November 2015 by an immigration lawyer who went to the very place where a humanitarian crisis was unfolding in Lesvos, Greece. I support this organization because monetary donations are spent on the population it helps! After learning about the scores of refugees arriving in rubber dinghies who were traumatized and, somehow, hopeful for something better for their families, I was compelled to support this organization. The funds are spent responsibly and I wholeheartedly encourage everyone to support this organization.
