Programs: 1. Health care programs, general/other: twenty-5806-funeral expenses for indigent montagnards. Also cash to family and refugee resettelment.

2. Business promotion program: 22-6230-stmp provided a website to allow montagnards to promote sale of products produced by production facilites loated on their farm.

4. Holiday assistance programs: 4-5740-stmp provided xmas gifts for hundreds of montagnard children.

5. Agricultural programs: general/other: 5-6110-stmp provided utilities: electricity, water, portable toilets and proprane for heat to the montagnards on the farm.

6. Agricultural programs. General/other: 7612-stmp purchased farm equipment and fuel for tractors and vehicles, and also made farm improvements.

7. Agricultural programs, general/other: 10-5708-stmp. Stmp provided raw food and fuel for holiday events held on the montagnard farm. These events were annual memorial and dega day celebrations.

9. Agicultural production programs: 20-6239-stmp paid real estate taxes on the montagnard 90-acre farm.

10. Agricultural production programs. General/other 6-5725-benefit paid to or for members. Stmp provided cost of food and preparation to montagnard families on the stmp farm. This food was consumed by the montagnard families while they worked the land to grow crops for their consumption in their private homes.

11. Ethnic groups' rights and racial quality programs: 11-6280-whenever stmp attends conferences, conventions and meetings, we are advocates of civil rights of the montagnard people. Often montagnards tribal leaders attend these meetings and participate.
