Mission: Sanborn mills strives to nurture and educate, using its unique collection of 1830's water-powered mills, field and managed woodlots; encourages and practises traditional crafts and educational programs to further the development of sustainability and community, combining animal power, timber framing, blacksmithing and sound agricultural practises.

Sanborn Mills is an outstanding, original organization that promotes the education and exercise of traditional skills and crafts such as blacksmithing, oxen team leading, and timber harvesting. Located on a large New Hampshire farm, the facilities and staff work hard to make the student experience an enriching and memorable one.
