Mission: To engage in the general cultural development of the city of san clemente and surrounding areas, and to promote the arts and skills, especially as related to the stage, theatre, and allied aims and endeavors, including the right to produce and stage plays and acts of every nature and present them to the general public upon such terms and conditions as shall be determined by the board of directors of the corporation
