Is to meet vital needs within the concho valley with particular emphasis on sight conservation which may be beyond the reasonable capabilities of individual lions clubs and to support the efforts of the lions clubs of san angelo in serving the community through humanitarian service and civic endeavors.
Programs: Providing funding for eye glass exams and the cycles for life project during the current year.
