Mission: To enhance the economic vitality of all enterprises located along the christina river in wilmington, delaware and facilitate public access to and engagement in the business, entertainmnet and social life of the district. The rwbid will accomplish its purposes through on-going efforts to improve and maintain the physical environment and infrastructure, provide for public safety, create image materials and public relations tools.
