Mission: It is the philosophy of rutledge to provide the consumer/participant access to and involvement with a well-trained and devoted staff that pledge full commitment to meeting the needs of the individual. The total development of each participant will guide each decision, action, and direction. Specifically, the staff will be committed to providing:programs that maximize developmental opportunities that foster movement into society's mainstream. Programs that aid in improving interpersonal relations, quality of life, and skills. Opportunities to integrate into the community through employment, independent living and involvement. Activities that promote family and community involvement, personal development, and self-reliance. Environments that are safe, secure, and supportive. Information and training consistent with individual's interest and needs.
