Mission: The organization's primary purpose is to deliver quality healthcare services, particularly to persons with difficulty obtaining healthcare in ontario, yates, seneca, chemung, schuyler, steuben, and wayne counties.
Programs: Medical program: primary medical services wherein family practice physicians and nurse practioners are open to the entire community. A sliding fee scale is provided based on income and family size.
dental program: general dentistry services are open to the entire community. A sliding fee scale is provided based on income and family size. A dental clinic was opened in lyons during 2009 and expanded the dental portables program.
outreach program: community health workers provide transportation, advocacy, home visits, parenting groups and work groups to residents in one county.
