Mission: The mission of the ronald mcdonald house of chapel hill is to provide a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill children who must travel from across north carolina and beyond for specialized medical treatment at area hospitals. In addition to safe and supportive accommodations in close proximity to unc children's hospital, the ronald mcdonald house of chapel hill provides a comprehensive mix of creative and participatory services designed to actively engage all family members, create a community of support, and ease everyday burdens so families can focus on what matters most - the health and well-being of their children.
Programs: Operation of short term residence facility for seriously ill children and their families during the treatment at area hospitals.
