Mission: To raise the economic, education and social levels of area residents and provide housing and business opportunities for the low income and minority population in the rocky mount/edgecombe area.
Programs: Programs provide housing foreclosure mitigation & prevention, opportunities for self sufficiency and opportunities for affordable housing to low income people and minorities. Programs also provide opportunities for job creation and enterprise development and provide for the development of blighted areas.
