Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Diseases of Specific Organs, Health, Health Support
Mission: RNO’s mission, simply put, is to improve health literacy and empower communities through outreach. Our mission, is to serve all members of the community and, through charitable giving, provide services to the indigent, uninsured and under-served members of the region by providing health education, health screenings, providing health resource information and supporting public health needs. RNO works with community partners to host local health fairs and public health education events to better the overall health and wellness of the population. In addition, RNO provides individual services as well as corporate assessments to increase organizational health and productivity.
Results: RNovations has successfully reached out to needy communities, hosted events for diabetes awareness and collaborated with other nonprofit organizations in the area.
Target demographics: improve overall community health, understanding of chronic health condition and medication regimens, improve health care plan concordance/compliance and decrease health care waste and misuse of the healthcare system through health system navigation.
Direct beneficiaries per year: 60-100
Geographic areas served: low income and areas with documented health disparities, as well as, any community where there is a need for RNO's services.
