Mission: Riverside community housing corporation (rchc) is a community based corporation which works to revitalize neighborhoods throughout riverside county by improving the quantity, quality, and condition of affordable housing opportunities available for low income households. As the inland empire continues to attract new residents, the demand for affordable housing will only increase. Rchc understands the challenge of securing high-quality, affordable housing in the area and operates to ensure that working individuals and families have comfortable, inviting places to live. Rchc works with local public agencies and members of the community to improve living conditions for hundreds of individuals and families in the inland empire. Through its rehabilitation and multifamily rental programs, rchc is able to serve the needs of low and moderate income residents throughout riverside county.
