ReGroup has a vision that could greatly impact transitioning veterans and foster in them a desire to increase sustainability and agriculture. It is a real statement to say that they will take veterans that have or might turn to suicide and drugs, and set them on a path to become productive members in an increasingly important field.
I've worked with this charity since the beginning because I believe in their mission and I've continued to work with them because I know their heart and soul are in it.
No one knows better the needs of Transitioning Veterans than one who’s been there. From the first moment you talk to Antonio Ruiz you know his compassion because he’s walked the walk. Add Stephanie Solton with compassion of her own and a business savvy that won’t quit.
I’ve see them both putting in the sweat equity it takes to get things done long before they even had a surety of monies. It’s called Faith.
Compassion, Hard Work, Faith and an iron clad belief for what is deserving of those who swore to the Oath that never expires.
I recently reconnected with Antonio. I went through Basic Training, Medic School, and Jump School with him a long time ago. He told me about his efforts with his nonprofit and I began donating to his cause. As a veteran, I am happy to see an organization that is striving to increase the quality of veterans lives, as well as their families. I like the fact that the organization is very transparent and I can see where the donations are going and the results that come from them.
My husband Paul (a veteran Army Ranger) and I loved the idea of what ReGroup was doing and we understood the need for a veteran based transition program. It was not until we personally visited the site in Texas that we saw the true potential and true passion for this program. It was during that visit that we both realized that we had to be a part of it as much as we could. Antonio and Stephanie have turned their own personal passion into a foundation that will benefit many lives both veterans, as well as, their families. We have nothing but love and passion for this mission! We are very honored to be a part of it!
Focused on both short term help and long term solutions, with a self-sustaining model once round one is complete.
Antonio and Stephanie have a true passion for helping our Veterans transition that is borne from Antonio's struggles upon leaving the Army. I have known him for many years and you will not find anyone with more integrity in business, or passion for helping Veterans. He is truly collaborative, and believes that the Veteran community is stronger working together.
They are hardworking & passionate about their cause! Camping World looks forward to supporting you in your future endevors
