Causes: Health, Mental Health, Mental Health & Crisis Intervention, Specifically Named Diseases
Mission: Our nationwhide study on "Public Perceptions of Alcoholism and Obstacles Towards Treatment," surveyed doctors, clergy, employers, counselors, and families. These are the groups for which we are working to develop education campaigns.
Programs: We produce and distribute public service announcements for television and radio and print media. Our radio ads run nationwide in Spanish and English, and the TV ads are running in the Bay Area. This year we have developed a program for educating clergy in seminaries.
